Saw Palmetto
What is it?
Saw palmetto extract is an extract of the fruit of a small palm tree native to the southeastern United States. It is rich in fatty acids and phytosterols. It has been used in alternative medicine for a variety of indications, most notably benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Saw palmetto is used mainly for urinary symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate gland.
